If your order has not been shipped yet, we can issue a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund it.
For in stock items, we ship in 1~2 days after purchase. For pre-order items, please expect additional 3-day processing time

Tracking updates can be delayed when the parcel is:
- Held up by force majeure, such as extreme weather, shipping restrictions, strikes, etc.
- Going through local customs clearance procedures.

For orders to the US, tracking will only update once the package has been handed over to local USPS, which usually takes about 4-5 days after shipment. Please note, this does not affect the overall shipping time.
Moody MuMu makes every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a refund for the out of stock item.
An order may be returned to sender or refused for one of the following reasons:
- An address is invalid or there is missing information,
- The carrier is unable to deliver your package, or
- The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

We gladly accept returns on shoes and bags within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in their original condition.However, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, tights, or other accessories.
To start a return, please contact us directly at hi@moodymumu.com (with order# & reason) within 14 days from the date of receiving the item(s).
In Janurary 2023, we began our journey at the Brick Lane market in London and have since relocated to China, allowing us to get closer to the source for enhanced quality control and a wider selection of product.
