No Exchange or Refund for Change of Mind

Please note that due to hygiene concerns we are not able to provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind.  A careful review before placing the order is strongly recommended.

 

Refund for Defective, Damages and Issues

If the item arrives defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hi@moodymumu.com.  We will send you the form of Request of Refund and shipping instruction for returns. Please note requests of return should be sent within 7 days of receiving the goods.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

It should be unused, with all tags and accessories.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please fill out the form of Request of Refund and send it back to us and ship the items following the provided instructions.

 

Once the returned package is received and inspected by our staff, we will process the refund within 7 days. We will cover all the shipping cost for defective or damaged goods. Please note, we do not accept items returned to us without prior approval.

 
Expected processing timescales for refund requests

• Reply to refund/returns requests: 24 hours.
• Inspect the goods and send confirmation email: 2 days after receiving the returned parcels.
• Issue refund: 1-7 days.

 

Refund for Order Cancellation

Orders made through our website are generally processed within 12 hours of receipt. Therefore, cancellations are not always feasible. However, if the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to fulfil your cancellation request. Please contact us as soon as possible.
