The factory already performs an initial screening before sending them to us, and our team also does a second round of checks. The pieces that end up in this section usually have very minor issues, such as slight color variations caused by printing temperature, a little extra ink from the stamping process, or small light marks. They don’t affect wearability, but since they are not perfectly printed, we place them in the clearance listing instead of our regular stock.

Processing Times:
For in-stock items, please expect additional 1~3 days warehouse processing time for the total delivery estimates.
For pre-order items, please expect additional 4-6 days warehouse processing time for the total delivery estimates.
Taxes and Duties:
For orders to the UK, orders up to £135 are free of extra duties and charges. In rare cases, import duty may occur and it is not covered by Moody Mumu.
For orders to the US, duties and taxes are currently covered.
For orders to the rest of the World, generally all taxes and duties are included in the price shown at checkout*.
